How do I find my Pearson Member ID?
There are three ways you can find your Pearson Member ID.
- Check your email - You would have received an email from Pearson which includes your Pearson Member ID
- Live Chat - Reach out to Pearson on Live-chat (‘Chat with an expert pop-up box’) located on the bottom right-hand side of their website www.pearsonclinical.com.au
- Phone - Contact Pearson Clinical Assessments client services.

How do I enter in my Pearson Member ID?
You will need your 6-digit Pearson Member ID any time you want to add one of the Pearson assessments to your Coviu account.
Step 1. Please install the Pearson Assessment of your choice from our Coviu Marketplace. Once successfully installed, please return back to your Coviu Dashboard and select Apps. As shown below:
Step 2. Identify the Pearson Assessment App from your list and select Details.
Step 3. You will be provided with information related to the Pearson Assessment app selected, such as cost, overview and assessment description. Once complete, please select Configure to continue. As shown below:
Step 4. You will be asked for your Pearson Member ID here. Please follow the additional prompts below and click SAVE .
Once you have completed this, you will now have access to the Pearson Assessment app at any time on your Coviu account!
