How do I Transfer a client between User Rooms?

How to transfer a call between User Rooms

Transferring a call between user rooms within your Clinic can be useful for many reasons. Please see the below steps in order to achieve this: 

  1. While in the call with your Client, open your Call Manager by clicking the icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. This will then open the Call Manager menu on the Right hand side. 





  2. Once the Call Manager menu is open, scroll down and find your client's name. Below this you will find the Transfer button.









  3. Once you have selected Transfer next to the client's name you will then be given the option to choose which room you would like your client Transferred to,  please select Another Room.






  4. Once you have selected the Room you would like to send your client to simply click the name of the room
  5. You will then be asked to confirm the Transfer.





  6. Your client will then see the following Message and will be transferred to the appropriate room.


 

 


How to Transfer my Client back to the Waiting Room


You will also have the option to Transfer your Client to the Waiting Room during or at the end of your call. This is helpful if you have follow up Administration tasks or payments to be taken after appointment/Call. The Reception/Admin User can the pick the Client back up from the Waiting Room and complete these tasks.

  1. While in the call with your Client, open your Call Manager by clicking the icon at the top right hand corner of the screen. This will then open the Call Manager menu on the Right hand side. 



  2. Once the Call Manager menu is open,  scroll down and find your client's name. Below this you will find the Transfer button.







  3. Once you have selected Transfer next to the client's name you will then be given the option to choose which room you would like your client Transferred to. Please select The Waiting Room.



  4. You will then be asked to confirm the Transfer, Click on Confirm Transfer.



  5. Your Client has now been transferred to the Waiting room and will receive this message while waiting for the transfer to complete:
