How to enable hardware acceleration on Google Chrome

  1. Launch Google Chrome.
  2. Please ensure that your web browser is fully updated; you can update Google Chrome by following this guide.
  3. Type chrome://settings/?search=hardware in the URL field and press enter on your keyboard.
  4. Switch the Use hardware acceleration when available toggle to the on position.
  5. You should now be able to join your video calls on Coviu without any issues.

How to enable hardware acceleration on Microsoft Edge

  1. Launch Microsoft Edge.
  2. Please ensure that your web browser is fully updated; you can update Microsoft Edge by following this guide.
  3. Type edge://settings/?search=hardware in the URL field and press enter on your keyboard.
  4. Scroll down and switch the Use hardware acceleration when available toggle to the on position.
  5. You should now be able to join your video calls on Coviu without any issues.
