How to Prepare Coviu Phone for Sidebar View

  1. Log in to your Coviu account and navigate to your phone waiting area.

  2. Click on the Minimize size bar at the top of the phone interface to compact the panel.

  3. Then click Hide settings (if visible) to clear extra panels and make Coviu interface minimal.

This setup allows you the most space-efficient view of Coviu Phone before snapping.

How to Tile Coviu and PMS/EHR Using Windows 11

  1. With both Coviu Phone and your PMS/EHR open, click and drag the Coviu browser window (or tab) to the left edge of your screen.

  2. When Windows shows the snap highlight, release. Coviu will snap to the left side.

  3. Windows will display thumbnails of other open windows; click your PMS/EHR (e.g. Halaxy) to snap it to the right.

How to Adjust the Split View

  1. Move your cursor to the divider between the two windows.

  2. When the left-right resize arrow appears, click and drag left to slim Coviu into a sidebar.

  3. Continue trimming until Coviu is compact and your PMS/EHR occupies the majority of the screen.

What You’ll See

  • Coviu Phone on the left in compact sidebar mode, ready to answer and manage calls.

  • Your PMS/EHR, fully visible on the right, for scheduling, notes, or check‑in workflows.
