This article describes how you can view the connection debug information of your ongoing video call.

Note:
- The connection debug information is only available while you are on an active video call.
- All call participants have access to the connection debug information.
- The connection debug information is for you to see your call participants' bandwidth information, the operating system of their device, their web browser and their media streams.

How to view the connection debug information of your video call
- If you are the host, log in to your Coviu account as you normally would. Then, enter the call with your client or patient. Otherwise, join the call via the invitation link.
- Click Help on the bottom right of the call interface.
- Click Show / hide connection debug info.
- The connection debug information will now be displayed on the right side of the call interface where you can view the technical information of the call, such as the bandwidth speed, device's operating system, web browser and media streams of your call participants.
- The high-level information will be displayed on the top; if you wish to view the technical information in further detail, you can click the dropdown arrow to the right of Debug info.
- You can click Copy Debug Info to copy the technical information to your device's clipboard and then paste it into an email or live chat to share it with our friendly Customer Success team if necessary.
- Click the X button on the top right corner of the connection debug information to hide the connection debug information.
