Add a Patient to Call From Another Clinic

Enterprise clinics are now able to add a patient to an ongoing waiting area call from another clinic's waiting area that they are a team member of.

All workflows remain the same however, the software now recognises and has the ability to add patients from other clinic waiting areas to their call. 

 

Example:

  • The clinician is in a waiting area call with Patient A within Clinic X

  • While in the call, the clinician can switch over to Clinic Y and add Patient B to their ongoing call in Clinic X 

  • Patient B is then transferred to Clinic X and added into the call with the Clinician and Patient A
