How to change the call interface settings

Once you enter into a Coviu call, you are in the Call Interface.

To access the Call Interface settings, head to the bottom left corner of the screen - you’ll see a small settings cog. Click on this to access call settings.

Once you click on Settings, you’ll see the options to change different settings:
  • Select camera
  • Select microphone
  • Select speaker
  • Select video quality
  • Select layout
  • Change language
  • Change audio behaviours

Click on each one to change settings of your browser/device. You’ll generally have the choice to choose between your default settings, or external hardware - such as an external microphone, speaker, webcam, etc.

If you connect an external device to your computer but it isn’t functioning as it should be - you may need to go into these settings and make sure they are the device that is selected. 

For example, here you can see that the Default PC microphone has been selected:
