Enterprise - How to add a logo at the Organisation level

This help article describes how to add a logo at the Organsiation level of your custom Enterprise platform.

Why add a logo per Organisation?

If your organisation/company/business has a number of businesses under its banner, each with their own logo, then you may wish to add their logos to the relevant Organisation in your Coviu platform. 

NOTE:

Currently, your Enterprise platform will be hosted on one domain that you provide to us e.g. https://telehealth.companyname.com/. We will also ask you for an overarching logo to apply to the platform.

One option for this logo is to have your Marketing team create a group logo which includes each banner.

Note that the preferred size for the Platform logo image is 240px wide  and best displayed as a rectangle.


Where does the logo show up?

The logo shows up in two places:

  1. It will show up in any email invitations you send to your patients or clients, adding to your brand recognition.
  2. When your patient/client is entering a call with you, it will show up on the waiting screen.

How to add the logo

  1. Enter your platform as you normally would.
  2. Click the System configuration option in the left hand menu (if you can't see the System configuration option, then you are not a Platform Administrator).
  3. On the General tab, toggle the Allow organisation branding to the on position and tick the Email communications box.
  4. Toggle the Hide platform logo on guest entry if you do not want the platform logo to also to display to patients/clients as they enter a call (it will only show the Organisaton logo).
  5. Click the My Organisations menu on the left hand side (if you can't see the My Organisations menu, then you are not an Organisation Administrator).
  6. Click the organisation that you would like to add the logo to.
  7. Click Configure in the left hand menu.
  8. On the Organisation information tab, click the Add Logo button.
    1. Note the maximum logo size is 5MB.
  9. Navigate to where you have your logo saved e.g. your computers' desktop or downloads folder.
  10. Choose the logo and click Open/Save.
  11. The logo should now appear in the preview area in the Coviu menu.
  12. Click SAVE.

To test it, send yourself an email invitation to a consultation. The logo should appear in that email. Click the link in the email to join yourself in a call, your logo should appear on the waiting screen.
