Enterprise - How to Update your SSO Support Contacts

This article describes how to update the SSO Support Contacts for your organisation.

NOTE: The below activities need to be undertaken by your chosen Coviu Platform Administrator.

  1. Log in to your Coviu Enterprise platform as you normally would.
  2. Click the drop down arrow next to your Profile name at the top right corner and choose Platform administration.
  3. From the Platform dashboard, click on System Configuration in the left hand menu then click on the Single Sign On tab.Single Signon Configuration
  4. Click on Edit next to the SSO Domain that you want to update.
  5. On the Edit SSO Configuration page, update the following fields:
    1. Contact Name
    2. Contact Email and;
    3. Contact Number
  6. The contact details could be an individual in your organisation or an IT Support Team for example.SSO Configuration Details
  7. Click Save when done.
