Halaxy Link Integration

This article outlines the process of automating your waiting area or user room links using Halaxy.

Step 1: Retrieve Your Coviu Waiting Area Link

Before setting up appointment reminders in Halaxy, first, access your Coviu Waiting Area link. This is the link your patients will use to join their telehealth appointments.

Note: If you haven’t created a specific "telehealth" appointment type yet, click here for instructions.

Step 2: Open Halaxy and Navigate to Reminders

Once you have your Coviu waiting area link, follow these steps to set up automated reminders in Halaxy:

1. Open Halaxy and go to Settings.
2. Click on Reminders.

By default, your practice group settings will be displayed.

Step 3: Edit Reminder Preferences

To configure your reminders:

In the Preferences section, click Edit to modify the reminder settings for the entire practice group.

Note: If you wish to configure reminders for an individual practitioner instead, click Add New Level in the top right corner and select the practitioner.

Step 4: Insert Coviu Waiting Area Link into Video Consultation Reminders

At the bottom of the Templates section, you will find the reminder templates for video consultations.

Ensure that you paste your Coviu Waiting Area link into all of these appointment reminder templates.

This will ensure that patients receive the appropriate link to join their telehealth appointments.
