How to Disable Call Recording for Clients or Patients
This article describes how to disable the ability to record a call from a client's or patient's end.

Note:
- This feature requires the Consultation Recording App installed on your account.
- To configure the Consultation Recording App, you must be the account Owner or Administrator.

How to disable call recording for clients or patients
- Log in to your Coviu account as you normally would.
- Scroll down on the left side menu of the Dashboard and click Apps (if you can't see the Configure button, then you are not the account Administrator).
- Scroll down and find Consultation Recording. Click Details to its right.
- On the resulting menu, click Configure and ensure that the audio and video checkboxes are unchecked for Allow Guest Recordings.
- Scroll down and click Save to confirm the changes.
