How to Integrate Coviu and Practice Perfect

What Can You Do With the Integration?

The integration enables your clients or patients to schedule telehealth consultations via Practice Perfect and their appointment reminders will have your Coviu meeting link embedded within. The meeting link is shared with your clients or patients via email and/or SMS from your Practice Perfect platform.

Practice Perfect users can then access the scheduled Coviu consultation from within the Practice Perfect platform via the meeting link.


How to Set up Coviu Integration with Practice Perfect

These steps have to be done just once before you are able to make as many online consultation bookings as you need.

  1. Log in to your Coviu and Practice Perfect accounts on the same web browser.
  2. If you are on the Essentials plan, you will need to copy the User Room Link.
  3. If you are on the Standard plan, you will need to copy the Waiting Area Link. 
  4. After obtaining the links, navigate to the Providers profile in Practice Perfect. You may reach the Providers profile by selecting Housekeeping>Contacts>Providers.
  5. If you are on the Essentials plan, paste the User Room Link into the Patient Virtual Link and the Provider Virtual Link.
  6. If you are on the Standard plan, paste the Meeting Area Link into the Patient Virtual Link and paste the URL for the Waiting Area into the Provider Virtual Link.
  7. Once the steps are completed, you are now integrated with Practice Perfect.
