This guide will walk you through how to join your telehealth appointment using Coviu. You can join your session directly from the link provided by your healthcare provider—no downloads required.

Before you begin:

  • Make sure you have the appointment link sent by your provider (via email, or SMS)
  • Use a supported browser (Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge)
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection

How to join your appointment

  1. Open the appointment link provided by your healthcare provider.
  2. Click Start a Video Call.

  3. Enter your name when prompted.
  4. Allow access to your camera and microphone when asked.

  5. Click Continue to enter the session.

What happens next?

  1. You may be placed in a waiting room until your provider is ready.

  2. Once admitted, your session will begin automatically.
