How to Lock the Apps & Tools+ Menu
This article describes how you can lock the Apps & Tools+ menu so that only you as the provider can access it.

What is the Apps & Tools menu lock?
There are a number of tools (also referred to as apps) available through the Apps & Tools+ menu when you're in a call. Many of these tools are also available to your client or patient, some are not.
Sometimes you'll be in a session where you don't want your client or patient to interact with the tools. These simple instructions will show you how you can lock the Apps & Tools+ menu so only you can interact with it.
How do I use the lock?
- Log in to Coviu as you normally would.
- Enter your call with your client or patient.
- When you need to lock the Apps & Tools+ menu, click Apps & Tools+ on the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tick the Make Apps & Tools view-only for guests option as shown below.
- Untick it to make the menu available to all participants again.
