Enterprise - How to set up a shorter URL for your Clinic Waiting Area

If the URL for your clinics end up being very long, you can create a shorter one that's more memorable

Sometimes, URLs for waiting areas end up becoming really long.

Here's an example of a long link:

https://telehealth.betterphysicaltherpy.com/t/davesphysicaltherapyclinic/join

You can actually change this within the Settings, in the Waiting Area section, to a shorter URL, e.g.

https://telehealth.betterphysicaltherpy.com/dave

In addition, if you would like to use a custom redirect URL that includes the top level domain, Coviu can also set this up manually such that, e.g. 

https://t.bpt.com/davephysio

redirects to

https://telehealth.betterphysicaltherpy.com/t/davesphysicaltherapyclinic/join
