How to transfer call participants between Consultation Rooms in your Clinic

This article outlines the steps to transfer a call participant from one Consultation Room to another Consultation Room within the same Clinic.

  • Note:

    • Relevant to Coviu Clinic Plan users only.
    • A User does not need access to the destination Consultation Room to transfer a call to that room.

Steps on how to transfer a call participant:

  1. From the Consultation Room, click on Transfer.




  2. Under Which Clinic Would You Like to Transfer This Call To? select your desired clinic.

  3. Once selected, a confirmation prompt will appear. Click Transfer to proceed.
  4. The destination Room will receive a notification on the Clinic tab indicating that a patient/ client is waiting to be seen.
