The Phone Call Log feature in Coviu provides a way for users to see a list of phone calls that have been answered or missed. It allows for easy call tracking and provides a quick option to return missed calls.

- The Coviu Phone Log feature is available to customers who are on the following plans:
- Standard (no longer available for purchase)
- Premium (no longer available for purchase)
- Individual
- Clinic
- Enterprise

Accessing the Phone Call Log
Users can view phone call logs from both the Clinic View and the Room (Waiting Area) View. The log provides insights into recent calls, including missed and answered calls.
Individual and Clinic Plans

The phone call log is visible from the Clinic View.

It is also accessible from the Room designated for Inbound Calls.
Standard and Premium Plans

The phone call log is available from the Waiting Area, provided that the clinic has a phone number enabled.
Call Log Details
The phone call log displays call history for the last 7 days, including:

Missed Calls Indicator – An orange counter indicating missed calls.

Timestamp – The date and time of each call.

Call Duration – If the call was answered, the duration is recorded.

Host(s) – The user(s) who answered the call (if applicable).

Phone Number – The number associated with the call.

Call Back Option – A quick action button to return the call.
Missed Call Counter
When there are missed calls, an orange counter will appear to notify users.
The counter is removed once the log has been accessed, displaying the list of calls instead.
