In-Call Queue Visibility

We’ve introduced In-Call Queue Visibility to make managing your sessions easier and more seamless.

Release Date: Starting from 3rd February 2026

In-Call Queue Visibility allows you to view and manage your waiting queue while you’re inside an active consultation, without needing to leave the call.

This update is designed to reduce interruptions during sessions and make it easier to manage incoming participants, particularly when running back-to-back appointments.

NOTE:

  • In-Call Queue Visibility works within the Waiting Area only.

  • For customers on the Essentials, Standard, and Premium plans, this feature is not supported in User Rooms or Scheduled Sessions.

  • In-Call Queue Visibility is enabled by default for Individual and Clinic plans.

With In-Call Queue Visibility, you can:

  1.  Continue using all existing Coviu Video Call functionality, whilst staying fully aware of the waiting queue
  2.  Easily track and manage queue activity during consultations, and act in real time

  3.  Improve clinician efficiency by reducing screen switching, and streamlining clinic workflows

  4.  Reduce clinician stress, clicks, and cognitive load

  5.  Enable faster transitions between patients

  6.  Enhance the patient experience by reducing wait times, and improving transparency around expected waits
