New Screening and Assessment Forms for Mental Health

Coviu has recently launched a range of commonly used digital forms that can be easily accessed during your consultations.

The following forms are now available from Coviu's add-on marketplace:

• Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9)

• Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10)

• General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7)

• Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-21)

Responses are automatically scored and interpreted in real time, so you can see the results. Results are also neatly stored in a downloadable PDF for offline viewing and backed-up in Coviu’s cloud storage.
