To Activate or to Reactivate?
To activate or reactivate your Coviu subscription, for example, if your 2-week trial expired or you chose to let your subscription lapse, you can follow these instructions to reactivate the existing account:
You may first need to sign in to the chosen account to reactivate:
- Sign in to the account at Coviu using the email address you initially signed up with.
- If you need to reset your password, you can do so from here.
- Once your sign-in details are validated, you will see a screen similar to the below screen capture with your unique account names. It is likely you will only have one account to choose from.
- Click on Reactivate [Your account name].
Once you have completed the above steps, you can then proceed with the following as per your account status:
If my trial has ended?
- You will then come across a limited view of the Coviu Dashboard with a displayed message to Select a Plan to gain full access to Coviu.
- You can either click the Select a Plan button from the displayed message or click Billing+Plan from the left-side menu to then proceed with steps to process the activation as per the example screenshots below.
- Once your payment has been processed, sign out and then sign back in to your Coviu account to gain full access to your Coviu Dashboard and to proceed with your consultations!
If my subscription has been cancelled?
- Click Billing+Plan from your Coviu Dashboard.
- Then click the Payment Method tab to review your existing credit card details on file.
- You can then choose to update your card details if required and simply click Reactivate Now as per the example screenshot below if you feel certain that the card on file has sufficient funds to process the reactivation.
- Once your payment has been processed, re-sign into your Coviu account to gain full access to your Coviu Dashboard and to proceed with your consultations!
