Reactivate an account

This article describes how to reactivate your account.

When reactivating an account, for example, if your trial has finished and you were unable to input payment details at the time, you may follow these instructions to reactivate your account.

  1. Try to sign in to your account as normal on Coviu.
  2. You will be shown a screen similar to the below screen capture.
  3. Click on Reactivate [Your account name].
  4. Click on Update Payment Details.
  5. Enter your payment details on the resulting screen.
