*Coming Soon* - SMS Appointment Reminders

Also coming soon, you will have the ability to set configurable SMS Reminders for hosts and guests for Scheduled Sessions and Customer Connect bookings. In the same way that SMS confirmations can be enabled for appointments, admins will be able to send appointment reminders via SMS provided that a mobile number is listed.

This feature will be installed by default once available and will be configurable to customers with Customer Connect and/or Scheduled Sessions on Coviu's Essentials, Standard and Premium plans.


There will be an overall SMS limit per user/per account. The number of SMS included in your plan renews each month, on your billing date.

The SMS included in your plan are designed to cover your core messaging including, appointment invitations, reminders and alerts.

You are able to send more SMS than your allotment, however, you will be charged at your SMS rate when you do.
  • On the Essentials plan it is at the rate of $0.15 for each additional message.
  • On the Standard plan it is at the rate of $0.12 for each additional message.
  • On the Premium plan it is at the rate of $0.10 for each additional message.

Admins can check how many SMS have been sent anytime from the dashboard, as well as the billing page with the SMS Usage Tracker that we will be enabling. We'll let you know if you're going to go over your included amount. Click here to learn more.
