We are excited to announce that the Coviu Customer portal has arrived, ready to help you along your support journey! The portal is your one-stop-shop to monitor and oversee all your active and resolved support requests. Users can log a new support ticket, expedite tickets, ask questions or get updates on existing logged tickets without needing to come via our support team first!

The portal can conveniently be accessed in Coviu via the ‘Help Hub', by clicking on ‘Log a Support Ticket’ or via our Help Centre by clicking the 'Customer Portal' link on the top right-hand side.
