Custom Virtual Backgrounds

Custom Virtual Backgrounds are now available for all plans! Clinics now have the freedom to enhance their branding and integrate backgrounds tailored to their needs. Clinicians can easily switch from the default options if they prefer a different background that better suits their preferences.

When a user selects "choose background" in the settings drawer, they will encounter a grid of thumbnail images showcasing the available virtual background options, complete with names when hovered over.

Hosts can easily click "add background" to upload their custom image for a virtual background. Please note that these uploaded options are exclusive to the user's device and browser used for the upload.

Notably, there are no file size limitations, and both JPG and PNG formats are supported. For optimal results, we recommend a 4:3 aspect ratio, with a minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels.
