FAQs
- Why is my plan changed?
- The plan that you were under is outdated and no longer serviceable. As a result, some new Apps, features and updates were not installable on your plan.
- This is why we have discontinued our old plans as of 1 April 2023 as they are no longer operationally viable.
- Are there any additional charges?
- There are no additional charges to you initially. You are migrated to our latest plan and will continue to pay the same monthly or annual subscription cost as you were already paying.
- This will remain in place until 30 June 2023 or, if you are on an annual billing frequency that ends after 30 June 2023, it will end when your current billing period ends.
- Once this promotional period is finished (after 30 June 2023), you will be charged as per our current plan prices listed here.
- The above does not apply to you if you are migrated from the following plans as you are now paying less than you were before.
