    • No. At this stage, we need you to supply the user's details on our Excel spreadsheet template, and we will do the upload.
  • Can I ask for a specific date and time for the upload?
    • Yes. The important part of this process is the sending of the account activation email invitations to the users. We can withhold the sending of the email until a date and time that is suitable for you.

What is a bulk upload?

If you have a quantity of staff/clinicians/users (henceforth Users) to add to your Coviu platform, a bulk upload might be a useful option for you.

We will supply you with our Excel spreadsheet template into which you can add all of your users. We'll ask you for their first name, surname, a preferred name (optional) and their email address. We'll also have a chat about their role and which clinic they belong to.


What is the minimum number of users needed for a bulk upload?

There is no hard and fast number however, you might find that it is quicker to manually add users up to a certain number e.g. less than 15 users.

How do I request a bulk upload?

Have a chat to your Coviu Account manager. They will provide you with the Excel spreadsheet template and coordinate the upload and release of the account creation email invitations with you.


How does it work?

Our initial discussion will inlcude setting a date and time (AM/PM) for releasing the email notification to the users to let them know they can access their account. From there we follow this process:

  1. You email the completed spreadsheet back to your account manager.
  2. Our Support Team will upload the spreadsheet into your platform.
    1. Doing so immediately creates an account for those users in the clinic that they are nominated to.
  3. On the agreed date and time, our Support team trigger the welcome emails.
  4. Your users can click the button in the email to access their account and commence using the platform.

TIP: If you are a new customer to Coviu, this process is generally timed within the overall onboarding and implementation of your platform. The release of the invitation emails often coincides with the training of your clinicians.
