      How to Use the Whiteboard

      This article describes how to use the Whiteboard when on a video call.

      How to use the Whiteboard

      1. When you are in your video call, click Apps & Tools+ on the bottom right corner of the call interface. You will be shown a list of available apps and tools that can be used.
      2. Click Add a whiteboard.
      3. The Whiteboard will now open in the shared resource area and be visible to all call participants.
      4. There are several options available when using the Whiteboard. These will appear in the Annotations Toolbar on the top left of the Whiteboard. If you do not see the Annotations Toolbar, simply move your mouse or tap the screen until it appears. The following features are available:
        1. Point & Move
        2. Stickers (tick, cross, smiley, star, hand and question)
        3. Draw
        4. Highlighter
        5. Write
        6. Sign
        7. Erase
        8. Undo
        9. Clear My Annotations
        10. Reset Annotations
        11. Zoom In
        12. Zoom Out
        13. Rotate Left
        14. Rotate Right
        15. Toggle Fullscreen
        16. Download
      5. To use the above, simply click on the feature you wish to use and click on the Whiteboard.
      6. For some features, a dropdown box with colour choices will appear for you to select your colour preference to use the feature with.
        1. The colours can be changed for the following features:
          1. Stickers
          2. Draw
          3. Highlighter
          4. Write
          5. Sign
