How to Cancel My Coviu Account

This article describes how to cancel your monthly or annual subscription with Coviu.

  • This article applies to customers on our Essentials, Standard or Premium plans.
  • You must be the Coviu account Owner or Administrator to cancel or reactivate a Coviu subscription.


  • Can I put my account on hold?
    • No, you cannot place your account on hold at this stage. You can change your account to the lowest tier (the Essentials plan) if this is an option for you. Click here to learn how.

How do I cancel my account?

We are sorry to see you go, however, if you would like to stop further renewals of your annual or monthly subscription with Coviu, here is how you can do that.

To cancel your Coviu Account and active subscriptions please follow the below instructions:

  1. Log in to your Coviu account as you normally would.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Billing & plan (if you can't see the Billing & plan menu, then you are not the account owner or administrator).
  3. Click the Account Summary tab.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Account and follow the prompts from there.


  • If you are not sure which subscription is linked to the login credentials that you are trying to cancel, you can review this help article.
  • Your account and its users will still maintain access to video consultations, the rest of the platform and our friendly Customer Success Team till the end of your active billing period before the subscription is finally cancelled.
