How to Cancel my Coviu Account

This article describes how to cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription with Coviu.

  • This article applies to customers on our Starter, Professional and Clinic plans.
  • You must be the Coviu Clinic Administrator to update or cancel an account.

How do I cancel my account?

We are sorry to see you go, however if you would like to stop further renewals or cancel your annual subscription with Coviu, here's how you can do that.

To cancel your Coviu Account please follow the below instructions:

  1. Log in to your Coviu account as you normally would.
  2. In the left hand menu, click Billing + plan.
  3. Click the Account Summary tab.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Account and follow the prompts from there.

Note: You will continue to have access the account until your next billing date.
