How to Start a Waiting Area Call
This article describes how you can start a Waiting Area call as the host.

- The Waiting Area feature is only available to customers who are on the following plans:
- Standard (also the Trial plan)
- Premium
- Enterprise

How to start a Waiting Area call
- Log in to your Coviu account as you normally would. If you do not have a Coviu account, you can sign up here.
- Click Waiting area on the left column menu of the Dashboard.
- Click New Video Call on the top right of the Waiting Area page.
- You can choose between starting a regular Waiting Area call (for up to 6 call participants) by clicking New Video Call or a group video call (for up to 20 call participants) by clicking New Group Video Call. The group video call option is only available if you are on our Premium plan.
- You should be redirected to your Waiting Area room immediately.
