Joining Your Coviu Session
Welcome! If you're here, you're likely trying to join a telehealth session or are experiencing issues with your appointment.
Coviu is not a healthcare provider.
For any questions about your appointment, forms, scheduling, or provider instructions, please contact the service or clinic where you booked your appointment. You can usually find their contact details on their website or in the confirmation or reminder email/SMS you received for your appointment.

How do I join my appointment?
- Open the link sent to you by your provider (via email, or SMS).

- Click Start a Video Call.

- Allow access to your camera and microphone.
- Enter your name when prompted.

- Click Continue to join the call.

I can’t join my session
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure you’re using a supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge).

My audio or video isn’t working
- Ensure your browser has permission to use your camera and microphone.
