What is the Confirm Call Entry feature?
Joining a call from the Waiting Area is an easy and convenient way to see your client or patient. The Confirm Call Entry feature is designed to add an extra check before joining a call from the Waiting Area. Before you join a call from the Waiting Area, the feature lets you know if someone else is already handling that particular call. This ensures you do not accidentally click on the wrong client or patient.
How to enable the Confirm Call Entry feature
- Log in to your Coviu account as you normally would.
- Scroll down on the left side menu of the Dashboard and click Configure (if you can't see the Configure button, then you are not the account Administrator).
- Click the arrow button to the right of the tabs to find the Waiting Area tab. Click Waiting Area.
- Click General configuration.
- Scroll down and toggle the Enable Confirm Call Entry to the on position.
- Scroll down further and click Save.
