Essentials plan

The Essentials plan allows up to four (4) participants in a video call (e.g. one host and three guests, two hosts and two guests, and so on).

This applies to video calls in all room types including your:

• User Rooms
• Meeting Rooms

Standard plan

The Standard plan allows up to six (6) participants in a video call (e.g. one host and five guests, two hosts and four guests, and so on).

This applies to video calls in all room types including your:

• Waiting Area
• Scheduled Sessions
• User Rooms
• Meeting Rooms

Premium and Enterprise plans

Both of these plans allow up to six (6) participants in a video call (e.g. one host and five guests, two hosts and four guests, and so on).

This applies to video calls in the following room types:

• Waiting Area
• Scheduled Sessions
• User Rooms
• Meeting Rooms

What about group calling?

Group Rooms allow you to host up to twenty (20) participants in a video call (e.g. one host and nineteen guests, two hosts and eighteen guests, and so on). This capability is bundled with the Premium and Enterprise plans.
